The story follows Cheor-i, a twenty-two-year-old who takes a job selling fruit from an old blue truck. The driver, Mr. Kim, barely speaks – and keeps a box of worn cassette tapes he never explains. As they call out “과일이 왔어요!” through the back streets and along the Nabulcheon Stream at dusk, a story from twenty-three years ago slowly rises to the surface: one summer evening, a woman from the garment factory, and a song playing on the radio.

It’s a gentle, nostalgic story about first love, waiting, and the quiet ways the past finds its way back to us – set in the warm, analog Korea of pagers, cassette tapes, and public phone booths.
